The company's Code of Ethics and Conduct compiles the guidelines that direct the expected behavior of everyone acting on behalf of Atlas. It establishes principles, rules, and practices that must be followed daily, serving as a tool for prevention, alignment, and decision-making. The Code does not replace existing laws, internal policies, or agreements, but rather complements these instruments, offering clarity on what is acceptable, what is prohibited, and how to act in the face of doubts, ethical dilemmas, or risk situations.
We provide a confidential and independent channel for reports, guaranteeing confidentiality and protection against retaliation. All reports are handled confidentially and responsibly.
When we become aware of or suspect violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, such as fraud, corruption, bribery, discrimination, harassment, conflicts of interest, and other illegal and/or unethical situations, our Ethics Hotline is the company's official tool for receiving these reports.
Our Ethics Hotline is operated by an independent company, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
